Diary of a City Priest

The author, the Reverend George William Rutler, is a priest of the Archdiocese of New York and pastors a Church in Manhattan. There he serves as daily preacher, confessor, and spiritual director. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Johns Hopkins University, Father Rutler has done postgraduate studies in England and France. He holds an S.T.D. in dogmatic theology from Rome. In addition to parish work, he preaches and gives retreats around the country. Recently he has begun preaching regularly on nationwide cable television.
